Toby James Wilburn, 20, of Salisbury, PA, died Saturday, April 29, 2023, in Meyersdale, PA.
Born February 13, 2003, in Oakland, MD, he was the son of Winona (Broadwater) Lung and the late Lawrence Wilburn.
Toby was a laborer and landscaper for New Image Lawn Service and attended the Oak Dale Youth Group.
Along with his mother, he is survived by his step-father, Dale Lung; three brothers, Eric John Moser, Lawrence Wilburn, Jr. and Jordan Wilburn; three sisters, Kaleesha Lung, Winona “LJ” Wilburn and Rosie Lung; special family, Roger and Tracy Boden, Zachary, Sydney and their dog, Max; and his best friend, his dog, July.
Friends will be received at the Oak Dale Church, 9201 Mason Dixon Hwy., Salisbury, PA 15558, on Thursday, May 4, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The funeral service will follow in the church at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Joe Byler officiating. Interment will be in the Salisbury Cemetery.
