Obituary for Ruth Ann Campbell
Ruth Ann Campbell, 75, of Berlin, PA, died Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital, Johnstown, PA.
Born June 1, 1946, in Frostburg, MD, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Spiker and Elva (Bittinger) Spiker Wilt. She was also preceded in death by one grandson, Thomas Edward Campbell, Jr; two brothers, Raymond “Paul” Spiker and Robert “Bobby” Spiker.
Ms. Campbell was a personal home caregiver and of the Methodist faith.
She is survived by her companion, Thomas Campbell; one son, Thomas Eugene Campbell, Aliquippa, PA; one daughter, Michelle Campbell Roulette, Knoxville, TN; four brothers, James Spiker, Friendsville, MD; Melvin Spiker, Westernport, MD; Russ Wilt, Accident, MD; Ben Sarles, Idaho; four sisters, Sharon Durst, Grantsville, MD; Shirley Lucas, Mt. Lake Park, MD; Diane Fontaine, Grantsville; Judy Kowalezyk, Oakland, MD; six grandchildren, Thomas, Jr., Ariana, Debbie, Diana, Stephanie and Stacy; five great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller St., Grantsville, on Saturday, November 13, 2021, from 1-3 p.m. Funeral services will follow in the funeral home at 3:00 p.m. Interment will be in the Blooming Rose Cemetery.
