Obituary for Peggy Lou Wilburn (Wilt)
Peggy Lou Wilburn, 72, of Grantsville, MD, died Monday, March 14, 2022, at her residence.
Born March 2, 1950, in Jennings, MD, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Sarah (Wilt) Wilt.
Mrs. Wilburn was a homemaker and a member of the Faith Independent Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Roy Kenneth Wilburn; two sons, Tony Ray Wilburn, Frostburg, MD; Douglas Gene Wilburn, Grantsville; one daughter, Tracy Ann (Jamie) Mason, Grantsville; three sisters, Elmeda Kitzmiller, Manassas Park, VA; Pearl Robertson, Novelty, OH; Dolly Drees, Finzel, MD; six grandchildren, Chad, Matthew, Cassandra, Chelsea, Colton and Tyler; three great-grandchildren, Briella, Gunnar and Liam.
Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller St., Grantsville, on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be in the funeral home on Friday, March 18, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Larry Burkholder officiating. Interment will be in the Grantsville Cemetery.
