Obituary for Lillie Ann Walker (Joyce)
Lillie Ann Walker, 80, of Laurel, MD, died Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at Garrett Regional Medical Center, Oakland, MD.
Born August 7, 1941, in Wilmington, DE, she was the daughter of the late William and Lillie (Reece) Joyce. She was also preceded in death by one son, Harry W. Walker; one brother, Frank Wharton; two sisters, Alice Provin and Mary Pandelakis.
Mrs. Walker was a daycare provider and a member of the First Baptist Church, Waldorf, MD.
She is survived by her husband, James Richard Walker; three sons, James R. (Patricia) Walker, Laurel, MD; Bryan D. (Dani) Walker, Jacksonville, FL; Samuel P. (Monica) Walker, Haymarket, VA; one daughter-in-law, Tracy LeDuc, Grand Forks, ND; four brothers, Alton Wharton, Clarence Joyce, William Joyce and Gerald Joyce; two sisters, Cathy Baranski and Joy Scott; nine grandchildren, Joshua, Shane, Jesse, Katie, Zachary, Devin Lillie, Bryce, Brady and Graham; one great-granddaughter, Kalli.
A graveside service will be held in the Salisbury Cemetery, Friday, June 10, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Matt Widder officiating.
