Larry Everett Kissner, 75, of Friendsville, MD, died Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.

Born September 13, 1947, in Friendsville, he was the son of the late Ralph Edward and Anna Jean (Frazee) Kissner.

Mr. Kissner was a carpenter with Carpenter’s Local Union #1024 and a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a graduate of Northern Garrett High School Class of 1965 and a member of the Accident Post 208, American Legion.

He is survived by his wife, Robyn Rae (Hook) Kissner; one son, Phillip Wayne (Doreen) Kissner, Friendsville; one daughter, Trisha Lane (Chris) Mayles, Friendsville; two brothers, William James Kissner, Frederick, MD; Edward Eugene Kissner, Heller, PA; three sisters, Ruth Ann Manuel, Manassas, VA; Patricia Rae Kissner and Jeanne Renee Meyers, both of Friendsville; four grandchildren, Abby Nicole, Ally Marie, Adam Dale and Emily Grace.

At his request he will be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
