Obituary for James Eugene Savage
James Eugene Savage, 56, of Friendsville, MD, died Monday, December 26, 2022, at his residence.
Born October 18, 1966, in Oakland, MD, he was the son of the late Ivan Eugene and Waunita Mae (Hoover) Savage. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Robin Savage.
Mr. Savage was an electrician having worked for several different construction companies.
He is survived by one daughter, Tara Savage, Rockwood, PA; one sister, Barbara (Danny) Fike, Friendsville; niece, Danielle (Matt) Beal; nephew, Jason Fike; great-niece, Heather (Joe) Lashley; step-great niece and nephew, Hunter and Emily Beal.
Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 943 Second Ave., Friendsville, on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow in the funeral home at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Michael Saturday officiating. Interment will be in the Sand Spring Cemetery.
