Obituary for James Ronald Grubb
James Ronald Grubb, 78, of McHenry, MD, died Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at his residence.
Born December 12, 1943, in Piedmont, AL, he was the son of the late Joseph and Hazel (Spivey) Grubb.
Mr. Grubb was a project manager for U.S. Navy Air (NAVAIR) Systems Command.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanine (Restina) Grubb; one son, Garrett Grubb, Friendsville, MD; one daughter, Tara Shanley, Glastonbury, CT; one brother, Jeffrey Grubb, Duluth, GA; one sister, Ann Williams, Marietta, GA; four grandchildren, Jacoby, Hannah, Alaina and James.
Friends will be received in the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller St., Grantsville, on Sunday, March 20, 2022, from 2-3 p.m. Funeral services will follow in the funeral home at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Robert Stark officiating. Interment will be in Highland Cemetery, Piedmont, AL.
