Obituary for Effie Kinsinger (Summy)
Effie (E Summy) Kinsinger, 75, of Meyersdale, PA, died Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at her home.
Born March 8, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Eli J. and Fannie Summy. She was also preceded in death by three daughters, Clara, Susie and Mattie; one grandson and two brothers.
She is survived by her husband, Samuel A. Kinsinger; six children, Mary Sue (Levi Hostetler); Harvey (Molly) Kinsinger; Fannie (Noah Brenneman); Daniel (Rachel) Kinsinger; Abraham (Barbara) Kinsinger; Henry (Lucy) Kinsinger; 44 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; step-mother, Amanda Summy; 3 brothers and 1 sister.
Friends will be received at the home, 387 Saw Mill Rd., Meyersdale, on Wednesday and Thursday, all day. Funeral services will be conducted in the Willow Grove Church on Friday, October 22, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. EST. Interment will be in the Willow Grove Cemetery.
