Obituary for David Eugene Beck Sr.
David Eugene Beck, Sr., 68, of Friendsville, MD, died Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.
Born September 7, 1954, in York, PA, he was the son of the late Frank and Joyce (Sowers) Beck.
Mr. Beck was a welder for Garrett Containers.
He is survived by one son, David E. (Bridget) Beck, Jr., Friendsville; one step-son, Rusty (Teresa) Warnick, York; three brothers, Michael R. (Vickie) Beck, Frank E. Beck, II and Andrew (Kelly) Beck, all of York; two sisters, Candy (Charles) Hodges and Theresa Fisher, all of York; four grandchildren, Trey, Zoe, Damon and Leland.
At his request, he will be cremated and no services will be held.
Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 943 Second Ave., Friendsville, is assisting the family with cremation arrangements.
