Obituary for Burley Ray Casteel
Burley Ray Casteel, 85, of Bruceton Mills, WV, died Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at his home.
Born October 30, 1936, in Cherry Grove, WV, he was the son of the late George and Nellie (Sisler) Casteel. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Sarah (Dillow) Casteel.
Mr. Casteel was a dozer operator for coal mines.
He is survived by two sons, Jerry and Marvin Casteel, both of Bruceton Mills, WV; one daughter, Kathy Fowler, Fairchance, PA; one brother, Dale Casteel, Erie, PA; two sisters, Hazel Fike, Farmington, PA; Lucy Wagner, Hazelton, WV; eight grandchildren, Donny, Chrissy, Lacey, Mike, Cheyenne, Cherokee, Cody and Gary; five great-grandchildren, Jack, L.J., Julianna, Joah and Asher.
A graveside service will be held in the Parnell Cemetery, Cuzzart, WV, on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at 1:00 p.m.
