Beverly Jane Davis was born on December 8, 1945, to the late William Baker and Mary Ann (O’Brien) Hughes. She died Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at the Keith Yoder residence, Swanton, MD, at the age of 76.

Beverly graduated from Anne Arundel Community College with a degree in Visual Fine Arts.

Beverly worked as a Corporate Executive for Leggs Hosiery and as Mid Atlantic Regional Manager for Snapple Beverage.

She enjoyed photography, oil painting, water and snow skiing, golf, bicycling, walking and fine arts.

Beverly accepted Christ as her Savior in 1996, at the age of 51. She attended Bittinger Mennonite Church in recent years as her health allowed.

She is survived by her son, Dean Steven Davis and grandson, Dean Richard Davis; siblings, Mary Lee Standiford and Betsy Baine. She was preceded in death a sister, Patricia Lynn Flannigan.

Beverly expressed many times her appreciation for those who helped her along in her journey in Christ: special sister-in-law and friend, Iris Davis; caretakers, Keith and Wilma Yoder, Louise and Leona Maust; and the members and children of the Bittinger Mennonite Church.

Friends will be received at the Bittinger Mennonite Church, 10707 Bittinger Rd., Bittinger, MD, on Friday, July 8, 2022, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Funeral services will follow in the church at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Keith Yoder officiating. Interment will be in the Bittinger Mennonite Cemetery.
